process: At first solder paste was printed on these pad of FPC through stencil by printer. Then components were placed on the solder paste by mounter. At last,PFC and components were connected through melted solder in reflow oven.After cooling zone of reflow oven ,excellent soldering formed.
We also have 8x8 and 8x32 led matrix panel. 8x8 matrix is 64 pixels,diameter is 80mm x80 mm,power tating is 19.2w.8x32 matrix is 256 pixels,diameter is 80mm x320 mm,power rating is 76.8w. their base structure and principle of work same as 16x16 matrix.
